Curriculum
Our curriculum
includes dance and social graces for 5th-8th
grade boys and girls. Etiquette is taught and good
manners are put into practice. Line dances and partner
dances are introduced. Proper etiquette for receiving
lines, introductions, trading partners and the serving
of refreshments is mastered early in the program. Many
more life skills are introduced during the four year
program. Dances are held once a month on Friday nights
from October through January and twice in February.
Tuition of $175.00 is paid in advance for the six
evenings and $25.00 application fee must be turned in
with application. Attire varies from costume to
semi-formal to formal. Invitations will have more
specifics on attire. A Photographer will be at the last
formal event and a photography fee will be required
before the event. The last formal event will also
require a $30.00 fee per RSVP for the catered dinner.
Parents will be invited to attend this event and must be
in formal dress code. All events will be held at Tutus

Committee Members and the facilities being used are not
responsible for children before or after class.
Carpooling is encouraged and will make drop-off and
pick-up much easier.
DRESS CODE WILL
BE STRICTLY ENFORCED, ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.
Semi-Formal
wear for ladies:
party dresses (no more than two inches above the knee),
white gloves, hosiery, flats or low heels.
Semi-Formal
wear for gentlemen:
traditional sport jackets or suits, dress or khaki
trousers, ties, and black or brown dress shoes. Shirts
must be tucked in. Don't forget a belt to finish the
look.
More specifics on
dress code pertaining to costume and formal events will
be addressed in event invitations.
We request that
students attend all classes, except in the case
of illness. Absenteeism creates unbalanced
classes, and instruction is progressive.
